Set up a subscription for a multipack.

They sent a box with mostly the same flavor bars

When I complained I was told that this was what they did if not all of the flavours were available and to be fair it does say that (in really small writing) but I ordered a multi flavor pack and got sent just 3 flavors I therefore decided to cancel my subscription.

I could not cancel my subscription on their website so I emailed their support who said they had cancelled it for me.

However today I am informed they are going to send me another subscription despite it being cancelled.

I have now cancelled my subscription again but they kept my payment details on file despite telling me I did not actually have an account with them.

The taste of this product is so awful, I cannot believe someone actually sells this in good faith thinking it’s a good product. To sell food it’s not enough to have a pushy marketing strategy and a catchy name, you have to also provide a product that is (at the very least) decent.

The cookies are delicious and good, I've tried them on different store, but the cookies i ordered from this store, i haven't received them yet (:

Quite new to Oatein products, but as a vegan gymrat I am always looking for new protein based snacks. I’d tried the Triple Choc Hype bars and loved them, and so for this order I went for the brownies and the Nutty Crisp bars. First class products, in fact so nice I am having to ration myself. Order was delivered in a very good time. Will definitely be ordering again from Oatein.

(Right. I’m off for a cup of tea and maybe just ONE more of those delicious brownies…)

Great products, I order every month.
I only rate this four instead of five as I would love to see some better deals for a mixed vegan selection going forward. I get the best deals by selecting either all cookies, brownies or a mix of both boxes and applying a sitewide code etc. I like the Vegan bundles but I don't think the value for money is there as much right now and could be improved. Honestly cannot fault the products though, they are AMAZING.

I've consumed Oatine snacks since their outlet was in the Metro Centre, and I can honestly say the quality of products has never let me down, I've steadily watched their prices go up (as most do when they become national) and one of the more appealing sides of Oatine was how cost effective they were, but as they have added new product lines, they have become international and I hope they carry on doing well.
These days i generally order from them when they have a substantial discount going on.

I love Oatein Suceed Dynamic for a couple of reasons. Taste: genuinely delicious I have it in my morning shake every single day.
Ease of use: Oatein Suceed mixes with water or milk (almond in my case) more easily that any other protein I have ever tried... and I have tried quite a lot!
Lastly that low sugar content... an absolute must for me!

I approve this product!

The customer service team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Due to an email mixup I wasn’t receiving their emails but the team was able to help me through WhatsApp. I’ve updated my response as a result. Oatein has great products and a great team!! Thank you!!

Fast delivery and great products. I got the hype bar variety box to try all flavours and have to say as a vegetarian protein bars are limited, it’s so nice to find a brand where ALL are vegetarian friendly. The milk & cookies and peanut caramel bars are my favourites. Will definitely repurchase

Ordered the millionaire crunch & as others have stated, I didn't receive an order confirmation. When they arrived, they were bland, dry and hard. I don't know if they contain some kind of laxative or what, but I was quite ill shortly after. I contacted customer service & they replied in good time and were helpful in dealing with my issue.
I won't be buying again, as they just aren't the same as how they used to be, but I can't fault the service after.

Super fast delivery and great products. Delivery was very prompt, and I bought in the Black Friday sale so got an excellent discount as well. Their vegan range is great. Not too high in calories or sugar, and taste excellent, especially the Millionaire Crunch.

The company have since been in touch with me , their replies were going to my junk folder so I wasn't aware of their attempts to contact.

They then contacted me via alternative means and I must say that this gesture alone shows to me that they do truly value each and every customer.

Package is showing as delivered, but my guess is royal mail just threw it in a bush within the general direction of my house and hoped for the best!

I'm missing my delicious protein bars, but I'm sure it will get sorted out ????

Was delivered the wrong items from what I ordered, and have tried to contact the company multiple times via both social media and email. I've heard absolutely nothing back and am really disappointed. It doesn't matter how tasty the products are if the company itself offers a rubbish service! Will not be recommending to anyone!

Amended review as Oatein have been amazing regarding the products I didn’t like.
I returned the cookies via a prepaid label they sent to me and Emmet has agreed to replace these with Brownies for me to try and they are on their way to me.
I will continue to purchase from Oatein as I have never been disappointed before in any of the products apart from the cookies and that is just my opinion. Oatein have acknowledged my dissatisfaction and handled this brilliantly. A great service.
